Refund & Returns Policy

As all Gammawear products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• The item is defective or damaged
• The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment error

To report an issue, please contact us at admin@gammawear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law. As products are custom-made, please contact us before returning.
